trip to london details needed

Okay everyone. I am in Comenius mode now. I need to know how many people are coming and what sort of rooms you require. The trip dates are anytime from the 17th october. The actual meeting days are the 19th, 20th and 21st with saturday free for sightseeing. It will be a fun packed trip and you will have so much fun you may well be sick .
