questionnaire to evaluate the project

Reading more carefully the project I realised that,during the meeting, we didn't think about the questionnaire to evaluate the project as required at page 49/ n.2 of the project itself.
I would suggest that each partner should think about it and prepare it by the end of April ,sharing it in the google group for the project.
